The Status Resolution Support Service (SRSS) is designed to help you understand your visa options. The service is confidential and separate from the Australian Border Force.
Through this service, you can:

- Speak confidentially with a Status Resolution Officer.
- Receive guidance on whether you may be able to apply for a visa, or how to plan a departure from Australia.
- Ask for an interpreter if you need one.
