Events
- The annual Global Agent Week event is held virtually for agents in two time zones in November each year. The annual Global Agent Update is run mid-year Regional and country-specific professional development sessions. Speakers at global virtual events include agency leaders, Australian Government departments, students, alumni and Austrade representatives.
- Austrade post-led events for agents, including in-language, in-person briefings are run during the year and attached to global virtual events.
- Regular in-country consultations, communications and events are organised by the Austrade global network.
Agent consultations
- Post event surveys are issued to all registrants following every agent event, with responses used to guide changes to format and content for future events.
- Austrade-led, in-depth agent consultations are conducted periodically. Agent user testing was conducted in July 2023 to help design the new Agent Hub.
