How can you keep yourself safe, healthy and calm?

Exercise and the types of food you eat (and how nutritious they are) can play an important role in keeping yourself healthy and grounded during stressful times. It can feel overwhelming during this time as we continue to work through the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly if you have family in affected areas overseas or have not been able to return home or to Australia because of travel restrictions.

It is OK to seek help and support - many people do - including international students. It will not affect your enrolment or your visa.

There are several services and resources available (including resources in a number of different languages) that have a tailored approach to supporting international students.

Time to Talk
Time 2 Talk is a free telephone support service for people around a range of COVID-19 related challenges relating to individuals, couples, families, and households. Time 2 Talk is a telephone service staffed by a team of qualified relationship counsellors and social workers, established to assist members of the community.
