The Australian Government has announced that international students are no longer able to enrol in two courses at the same time within the first six months of their study.
As a result, concurrent enrolments are now closed to international students in the first six months of study – taking effect immediately.
This means that education and training providers will not be able to concurrently enrol students who have not completed 6 months of their principal course.
The ESOS Act National Code 2018 requires education and training providers to approve or decline requests for release during the 6-month transfer restriction period. Visit our page on changing your course or provider for more information.
This change does not impact students already holding concurrent enrolments.
