Wag is a slang term that means to skip class or lectures.

If you decide to discontinue a unit or subject, or your entire course, you need to formally withdraw. Institutions set dates that you must withdraw by if you do not wish to pay fees or have a fail recorded against a subject. See Academic Calendar and Census Date.
